My approach to property valuation involves a thorough analysis of various factors, including the property's location, condition, size, and recent sales in the area & crime statistics. I use a combination of industry-standard methods and my own expertise to ensure accurate and fair valuations.

Do you offer property management services?

Yes, I offer property management services for both residential and commercial properties. My services include tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, and repairs. However, my expertise is in distressed properties. Currently the county of Oakland, Wayne & Macomb will be auctioning off their foreclosed properties of which my office will be hosting online and in person classes instructing the novice buyer on terms and conditions, bidding, obtaining possession and so much more.
